SINCE EVERY ONE IS A
SUSPECTED EBOLA VIRUS CARRIER, HOW LONG WILL WE CONTINUE TO RUN AND LIVE IN
FEAR?
I believe many of us have watched the movie "Hotel
Rwanda". There is a lesson to learn there by all.
Let me paint a graphic picture of what I mean. When the war and genocide broke out in Rwanda, the United States of America sent there special forces to protect and evacuate their citizens from that country. If you observed closely, the Americans were shielded, even though they were in the middle of the war.
Their country made sure to take care of them. Most countries also towed this line of action to protect their citizens. Another example is what happens in the diplomatic world. The embassy of any nation domiciled in another does not observe the laws of the host nation within its walls. Ask any American, they will tell you.
When war breaks out in any nation, the embassy's are usually protected. In fact, citizens of that nation run to their embassy for refuge, and once they enter through the gate of the embassy, they are safe.

Breaking it down, I want every God fearing child of God to
understand that God lives and rules in the affairs of men. If the Americans can
provide protection for their citizens in Rwanda, God will do much more to
protect us from Ebola. I can tell you this prophetically because God promised
in:Psalms 91:7"A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee."
Whether spiritual or human, Ebola is a foreign invasion of Nigeria. Christians are not to fear because God Has our back. A thousand may
catch it on your side, and ten thousand on your right hand, God said “it shall not come nigh thee."
The Bible says that we are Ambassadors in Christ.
2 Corinthians 5: 20"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God."
The way nations protect their embassy's in another, God will
do much more and He will also protect His Ambassadors which we are. The laws
that governs the spread of Ebola, and who it afflicts does not affect us
because we are Ambassadors in Christ. THIS
IS A MINDSET THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE, but sadly many, even so called believers
don't and are plagued.
Hear what Jesus said in:
John 14:30"Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and HATH NOTHING IN ME."
This was a mindset. Jesus expects us to have the same
mindset. That's why He said in:
John 17:14-16"I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I PRAY NOT THAT THOU SHOULDEST TAKE THEM OUT OF THE WORLD, BUT THAT THOU KEEP THEM FROM THE EVIL"
Ebola is the evil, and Jesus prayed that God would keep us
from THE EVIL! Why so? Jesus answered by saying:
"They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world."
Wow! This is mind blowing. I am an Ambassador for Christ.
You are an Ambassador for Christ. We have Ambassadorial status. What affects
other people in the country that we are domiciled for the moment does not
affect us. THIS IS A MINDSET. IT TAKES AWAY FEAR AND BRINGS FAITH THAT MAKES YOU DWELL IN THE SECRET PLACE OF THE MOST HIGH AND UNDER THE SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY (Psalm 91).
Living in fear may remove the shield that is already there
to protect you. This was the case of Job.
Job 1:9-10"Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? Hast not thou made an hedge (A PROTECTIVE SHIELD) about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land."
Job was protected by God everyday. Satan knew it, but Job
didn't and fell a victim of many painful demonic-Satan driven attacks. How did
Job get to a place where Satan could attack Him of Ebola of his time and age?
Job answers this question by saying:
“For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me." - (Job 3:25)
His fear did the damage and opened him up for attack. Maintaining good hygiene and keeping away from places you
might get the Ebola disease is good. The question is:
"How long will you keep running, since every one is now a suspected carrier of the dreaded disease."
Yes, care should be taken, but FAITH SHOULD BE TAKEN ALSO THROUGH THE WORD OF GOD! LET US STOP LIVING IN FEAR AND START LIVING IN FAITH, less "the thing which we greatly feared
comes upon us, and that which we were afraid of is come unto us."
